Terms & Conditions
Please make sure you read the following Terms & Conditions before making your booking with us. If you have any questions please view our FAQ's or Contact Us directly, we will be happy to help.
Deposit:
In order to secure your booking we require 50% of the total booking fee payable in advance. This deposit can be paid via credit or debit card, PayPal, cheque or bank transfer.
Full Payment:
Full payment is required a minimum of 10 days prior to your scheduled activity unless alternative arrangements have been made with us. This can be paid via credit or debit card, PayPal, cheque or bank transfer.
Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel your booking with us your deposit will be fully refunded provided we recieve a minimum of 28 days notice of cancellation.
Min 21 days notice = 75% refund.
Min 10 days notice = 50% refund.
A £5 administration fee will be incurred in all circumstanses.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled activity date.
In the unlikely event that Mad Ferret Coasteering should cancel your activity due to unforseen circumstances, for example, extreme weather conditions, we will endeavour to find an alternative activity of equal value or re-schedule your activity for another date. If this remains unsatisfactory then a full refund will be given if alternative arrangements cannot be made.
Requirements:
COASTEERING:
All participants must be able to swim at least 50 metres without stopping. (ie, 2 Lengths of a normal swimming pool).
All participants are required to wear protective footwear. (eg, an old pair of trainers).
All participants must be punctual as refunds cannot be given if you are too late to begin a scheduled tour.
All participants must be at least 16 years of age. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Equipment:
Mad Ferret Adventure Activities will provide participants with all necessary equipment to complete activities including wetsuits, buoyancy aids and safety helmets where appropriate. Please note: for activities such as Surfing or Coasteering you will need to bring a towel and your swimwear. It is also important to wear protective footwear when Coasteering, eg, an old pair of trainers.
